Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
15 minute amrap
40 double unders
20 alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)
10 burpee box jump overs

The class will be led by a certified coach that will take you through a warm-up, skill work, and a WOD. Our coaches will supply all instructions and be available to make sure you’re performing movements safely and efficiently. You will practice the skills below to become the best athlete you can be.
